Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shapewear by Lilia. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund, store credit, or an exchange in accordance with the conditions below.
Return Window
All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@shapewearbylilia.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. After receiving confirmation, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we strongly recommend using a trackable method.
For verification purposes, customers must provide a clear photo of the item(s) being returned before shipping. Please include a picture of the packaged item taken at the shipping facility. This ensures that all returned products are accounted for and helps us process refunds efficiently. Returns without this photo verification may be delayed or result in partial refunds if items are missing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days after receipt for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take one to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another size or product, please specify this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Final Sale Items
Any item purchased at a discount greater than 20% off its retail price is considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This includes items purchased during promotions, site-wide sales, bundles, or any combined offers resulting in more than 20% off. If your order contains both discounted and full-price items, only the eligible items may be returned under the standard policy.
If a final-sale item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@shapewearbylilia.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your items immediately and notify us within 14 days. Send clear photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging to support@shapewearbylilia.com. If the damage is confirmed to be caused during shipping or due to our error, we will provide a replacement or refund. Items damaged by mishandling or improper care are not eligible.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may issue a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If you later decide to return the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be sent back. This exception applies only once; subsequent replacements will require the original item to be returned.
Processing Times
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for funds to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@shapewearbylilia.com.
